NEED OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES? Here are Steps Needed to Begin Service:
- State Funded Medical Insurance (M.A.)
- Professional Care Assessment(PCA) from a Certified Public Health Nurse
- Do You Already Have a PCA in Mind? (If not, we have plenty.)
If you have not contacted your insurance carrier to request a PCA assessment please do so, this is required before PCA services can begin. Apply to receive placement with one of our PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) and get the help you need in the comfort of your own home.
